  • Support provided 24 hours a day via eMail or Instant Messaging. This support covers all software/hardware diagnostics on your business computers excluding server support.

  • Option to upgrade to My Support or My Consultant service at a discounted rate anytime within your purchased use prior to expiration.
This service is provided for your small business, up to 5 computers. The support is provided for desktop issues (software/hardware) only. Once payment has been received, we will contact you via email where you will need to submit a simple profile about your computers. This profile will be used to provide the best support possible.

MONTHLY - This option allows for you to pay for services for one month at a time. Only $49.99 per 30 day period.
QUARTERLY - This option will bill for 3 months at a time. $125 per quarter, that's only $41.67 per month!
YEARLY - This is the best option, providing for 12 months of dedicated MyHelpdesk service. $450, that's only $37.50 per month!

My Consultant Our premium level. One highly skilled technical consultant for all your small business technology needs. This is the ultimate support. Services are dedicate to you on your schedule. Your consultant is available to answer all of your technology needs (above and beyond computers). You have exclusive access to login to the My Consultant portal where your questions & answers are kept on file and you can interact with other My Consultant customers. As low as $79.99 per month.
