Support is provided for end user technology issues only. Server issues are supported on a best-effort basis only. Remote software will be provided as well as instructions on installation. This software will allow us to take control of your computer remotely when you grant us permission.  Support capped at 20 unique users.

MONTHLY - This option allows for you to pay for services for one month at a time. Only $129.99 per 30 day period.
QUARTERLY - This option will bill for 3 months at a time. $297.99 per quarter, that's only $99.99 per month!
YEARLY - This is the best option, providing for 12 months of dedicated MyConsultant service. $959.88, that's only $79.99 per month!

My Helpdesk Comprehensive support provided 24 hours a day via eMail or Instant Messaging. This approach provides a good balance of professional support at an affordable price. Most questions are answered within 6 hours of being received. As low as $37.50 per month.

My Support Support services provided by eMail, IM or Phone. This option provides the same services as MyHelpDesk with the option to call or IM your question and receive an immediate response. As low as $47.99 per month.
